Transport options: Personal collection, PPL package, PPL palette and machine transport

We are shipping orders to all countries, the price for transport outside the Czech Republic or Slovakia will be calculated based on your order or on your request to email info@ferdus.cz.

1. PERSONAL COLLECTION

You can pick up any goods at our branch at no charge, which means 0 CZK / 0 €. Always on working days, Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

2. PPL PACKAGE 

This type of transport applies to items that do not exceed the carrier's terms and conditions (the dimensions: 120x60x60 cm and weight: up to 31,5 kg), which applies to most items on our site.

This type is subject to FREE TRANSPORT* when ordering at CZK 2 000 / 90 €. So if your order exceeds CZK 2 000 / 90 € and all packages in the shipment meet conditions (up to 31,5 kg, not exceeding 120x60x60 cm), you have free shipping. Otherwise, the shipping price for a standard package delivered to the address is 145 CZK for CZ / 9,50 € for SK.

An oversized or atypical package costs CZ - 510 CZK/pc, for SK – 20,80 €/pc.

A package that meets the above conditions of the carrier sent to the dispatch point (PPL Parcelshop / PPL Parcelbox) - the price of transport is 72 CZK for CZ / 4,70 € for SK.

All prices listed above are valid only for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Shipping prices to other European countries are as follows:

3. PPL PALETTE - refers to a part of the assortment outside the machine category (tongs, balancers, geometry, straighteners, washers, jacks) that exceed the carrier's condition for parcel delivery and must be sent to the pallet. These are items over 31,5 kg or over 120x60x60cm. This category includes, for example, workshop presses, compressors, part of the assortment of lifters, work desks and some other parts of the equipment. This type of transport is charged for each item in the cart, so if you order 2 compressors, you have to pay for the shipping twice. The price in this case is for CZ - 1.090 CZK/pc*, for SK - 44,60 €/pc *. Other countries are calculated individually.

4. MACHINE TRANSPORT - we offer the option of professional installation or assembly for all machinery in our range. Some machines directly require this (multi-column lifts, long scissor lifts, geometry, etc.), for some devices, assembly is optional (smaller or simpler devices - e.g. tyre changers, wheel balancers, motorcycle jacks, etc.):

• If the machine does not require anchoring directly on site, it can be assembled and adjusted in our centre and sent to you by a carrier, in this case you only pay for transport, assembly, adjustment and packaging of the machine is FREE.
• However, if the machine requires professional anchoring on site or you require installation at a specific location and training, our employees will assemble the machine, adjust it and train the operator after delivering the device to the destination.

The prices of transport, installation and other activities depend on the individual types of equipment - transport from 2.190 CZK/pc, 89,64 €/pc for SK, assembly from 4.490 CZK/pc, 183,79 €/pc for SK - for detailed information, see the CZ or SK FERDUS service work price list. For machine transport to other countries, please contact us at info@ferdus.cz, the prices are calculated individually.

* Not applicable to contractors and valid only for Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Payment options: cash payment, cash on delivery, card payment or transfer via GoPay, transfer to account, Essox purchase *

1. CASH OR BY CARD AT THE CHECKOUT - any order you can pay in cash or by card at our shop in person.

2. CASH ON DELIVERY - you can pay your order to the carrier upon pick-up. This method is not possible to use for an assortment that has a condition to order or is being prepared. Also, it can not be used when ordering an assortment of machines (tongs, balancers, geometry, straighteners, washers, jacks). The price for cash on delivery is charged at 33 CZK for CZ and 1,35 € excl. VAT for SK, not applicable for other countries.

3. PAYMENT BY CARD OR TRANSFER THROUGH THE GoPay GATE - any order can be paid immediately through the GoPay gate - it is at your preference whether the transfer or the card. In this case, we will receive the money immediately and we can prepare and send your order (if all items are in stock).

4. ACCOUNT TRANSFER ** - in this case you have to wait for an invoice that our employees will send to your email when processing your orders. You will not receive the invoice immediately, but with a delay, which also applies to accepting a payment. So we can not even deliver the goods in stock that we can not deliver within 24 hours of ordering. If you want to pay immediately and do not want to wait for an invoice, choose a payment through the GoPay gateway.

5. PURCHASE IN INSTALLMENTS Essox - all assortment can be purchased on installments. You can calculate installments and sign up for a contract online by clicking the "Buy in installments" detail button. You can find the terms and conditions of the purchase here.
