In this category you can find different groups of goods:

• new products with an older production date
• sale of older product lines
• unpacked and returned goods (purchased but not used)
• with cosmetic defects (slightly damaged products or packaging)
• used goods that have been displayed in our shoowroom

In the case of machines, these are mainly demonstration pieces on which demonstrations or operator training are carried out. However, they are always 100% functional and tested by our staff.

Reduced quality or aesthetic defects are mostly caused by transport, storage, handling, etc.

For goods in this category, we provide a different length of warranty depending on the type of defect. The individually determined warranty is then indicated for each such item. Where a reduced warranty is not specified, the standard 24-month warranty applies. In any case, the warranty covers only the functionality of the product and not defects that were already present in the product at the time of purchase. Therefore, for each product you will find not only a detailed description of the defect or the reason for the reduced price, but also photo documentation of specific cosmetic or other quality defects.
