UR 64 PLUS Repair insert
- Intended for repairs of highly loaded radial-ply tyres of personal cars.
- UR PLUS has a unique inner bearing structure with a cross tie.
- Due to this design, the tyre is not distorted at the site of damage.
- Bearing material can be found only at locations where the force transmission occurs.
- Other parts of UR PLUS inserts are lightened.
- UR PLUS inserts are easily bendable.
- The inserts are easily adapted to inner shapes of low-profile tyres.
- The inserts can be used for hot repairs (up to 155 °C).
When the repair is finished, it is recommended to apply Butyl inner liner sealer B on the blue edges of the insert and sanded surfaces (Ref. No. 9.20).
