The oil is self-drained into the height-adjustable drain pan, from where it flows into the reservoir. The outlet can be secured by a valve to check the oil before it is drained into the tank. Emptying of the tank is pneumatically based by connection to compressed air, in this case the oil flows out through a flexible hose with a metal curved end.
The suction unit is connected to the compressed air via a quick coupling, a vacuum is created in the reservoir and then the oil can be sucked out via a flexible hose with a suction probe without a permanent connection to compressed air.
