M806B MOTO is designed for mounting and dismantling motorcycle tyres. It is a simple construction with a mounting arm folded to the side with a hand screw with a rosette. The tyre changer is characterized by great robustness and stiffness of construction and high precision of production of individual parts. The mechanism for pushing the mounting hooks of the casing is on the right.

The machine is equipped with a reliable clamping table with a large clamping range of 6"-24" with external clamping. The clamping jaws are mounted on the table on adjustable sliding adapters in three positions. They are at a height of 120 mm from the base of the table so they can handle discs including hubs, sprockets, electric motors, etc. The table's rotation is one-speed 6.5 rpm.

Mounting hooks in two sizes 180 mm and 145 mm  have a very well thought-out shape and are fitted with plastic covers to prevent disc scratching.

For stamping, it is a standard, well-engineered mechanism on the side of the machine with a narrow paddle, a plastic cover and a support rubber. To facilitate handling of the wheels, the machine can be equipped with a side wheel lift and a roller for the wheels.

For ease of operation with large tyres, the machine can be supplemented by a side tyre lifter (Ref. No. 16.700) and a roller pad for easy breaking of bead (Ref 16.701).
