The automatic LC 588S Tyre changer has a modern design and is used for mounting and dismounting truck, bus, agricultural and industrial machine tyres. Basic movements of the working mechanisms are actuated using hydraulic cylinders. The operator controls the machine using joysticks on the column and does not do any physically demanding activities. It is characterised by its robustness, rigidity of the structure, and high manufacturing precision of individual parts. Suitable for mounting and dismounting all tyre and rim types.

The machine is equipped with a state-of-the-art hydraulic clamping head with a clamping range for rim sizes 14"-26". The maximum allowable tyre diameter is 1,500 mm and the maximum width is 760 mm. Single-speed tyre rotation. 

The hydraulic mounting hook has a sophisticated shape that prevents tyre damage. The tyre bead can be simply slipped over the rim and in most cases it does not require use of a hand-held tyre lever. Tyre bead breaking is ensured by the design with the use of a sophisticated mechanism involving a disc pulley. The tool change is carried out manually without the need to exert any physical effort.
