G522C Tyre changer with helper

A state-of-the-art high performance automatic tyre changer with tilting post and pneumatic fixing of the mounting hook in position. It allows easy and fast installation of tyres of passenger vehicles and light trucks on steel and aluminium alloy rims with a diameter from 11" to 24". The heavy duty structure with rigid column and swing arm prevents the mounting hook from deflecting even under the highest loads. Selectable rotation speed of the working table - 2 speeds In combination with the helper, it is advanced equipment of professional tyre repair shops for the installation of low-profile and Run-flat tyres.

A new helper with two guiding rollers further facilitates mounting and dismounting of low-profile and Run-flat (with reinforced side walls) tyres. Mounting and dismounting these tyres is awkward and time consuming. The new helper equipped with four tools will easily manage this.
