On September 26, 2018, we launched an entirely new generation of FERDUS e-shop for all our customers and business partners. It is the result of more than a year's work, which was mainly based on collecting suggestions, ideas and remarks from you – visitors.
But first of all, let's start with the most important thing.
If you already have your own e-shop account, set a new password for it. You can conveniently do the reset via the email we have sent to you. But if you didn’t get it for any reason in your mailbox, it’s no big deal. You can also make the change by clicking on a “forgotten password” link directly on the login page of the e-shop.
Managed? Great, we can go back to the news.
The main benefit for you and for us is a completely new and incomparably more robust core of the system. OXy Online, s.r.o., a Czech production e-shop leader, built it. This means easy navigation throughout the whole e-shop and a smooth shopping process from signing in, through the product review to completion of the order.
But with a new environment comes also a long list of new features. Here are just the most important ones: stock availability, rating and reviewing products, simplified installment purchase, technical specifications in spreadsheets, better comparison of products etc.
In addition, other improvements are on the way. For example, advanced customer account management. This will bring the tailor made offers directly from our sales department, which the user can easily add directly to the cart. Or save your purchases to CSV format and import them again.
Here and now, we wish you to enjoy the new e-shop. Still, we are interested in your impressions and experience, so we welcome any feedback. Is there something wrong? Let us know. We will try to remedy as quickly as possible.
